PERSONAL FITNESS PROGRAM
These days, it’s difficult to find quiet time for yourself much less find time to work out. That’s why we have developed PFP. This is a truly unique approach to exercise with the focus on your wellness. Our free 12-week program is personalized to meet your needs and abilities. Our trained staff also will answer questions and offer encouragement.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Work one-on-one with a Certified Personal Trainer who will design an exercise program specifically to meet your goals. Imagine having a professional at your side to ensure you receive the proper knowledge, safety and maximum results! Work alone with your trainer or in a small group. Contact a Healthy Lifestyles Director for more information. Specialty Training (Pilates, Yoga, Cycling, Boot Camp) may also be available. Ask for details.

YOUTH WELLNESS PROGRAM
Youth Wellness is open to ages 10 to 13 to teach the proper, safe way to use the YMCA fitness facilities. The class also teaches safe, effective ways to perform exercise, discover appropriate exercises for this age group and explore healthy food choices. Participants meet with a personal trainer for a lecture and orientation and receive a workout plan. After completing the program, participants ages 10 to 11 may work out with a parent or guardian present. Participants ages 12 to 13 may use the fitness facilities without a parent or guardian.

Cost: $10 per participant
The three-hour course is split between a 90-minute lecture and 90-minute orientation. Both are held on the same day.

Class dates and times vary among branches. Contact the Healthy Lifestyles Director at each branch for the class schedule

HOME SCHOOL PHYSICAL EDUCATION PROGRAM
