Kids Safety and Awareness Class
Cost: $50
Sponsors four children in a class on how to be safe and
protect themselves from dangerous situations.
Summer Day Camp
Cost: $100
Sends a child to Summer Day Camp for one week, providing a
safe, fun place to be while parents work.
Swim Lessons
Cost: $250
Pays for four preschoolers to take swim classes in water
safety and basic swimming skills that could ultimately
save their lives. |
No person is ever denied
membership or program participation due to an inability to
pay. Last year, the Y provided more than
$600,000 in financial assistance to adults, children and
families who would not otherwise be able to afford to
participate in YMCA programs.

Teen/Tween Leadership Council
Cost: $500
Sponsors a teen on a service project trip, like rebuilding
homes following a natural disaster, while teaching
independence and social responsibility.
Health & Fitness
Cost: $1,000
Pays for YMCA memberships for two single-parent families
so they can spend quality time with their kids getting
healthy.
Youth Sports
Cost: $2,000
Sponsors 10 youth in team sports for one year, giving them
a great start on a lifetime of fitness and fun.
Before and After School Care
Cost: $5000
Provides two children with a year of before- and
after-school care, giving them a safe place to learn and
grow. |
